The transport rollers that drive the packaging material are controlled by a servo motor. The cross sealing station is also driven by a servo motor, which has the advantage that shorter pack lengths are possible than specified by the scope of the sealing tools. The feed belt has its own servo drive, which makes it possible to only make one package if a product is available (no-product-no-bag).
The timing is controlled by a servo motor, the speed of the timing can be varied more easily. There is no start / stop operation, but the belts run faster and slower. This is better for higher outputs> 60 pack / min.
